What are the Shipping costs? Standard NZ Delivery Postage by courier is at cost. Indicative rates are:  • 1-5 bottles — $6.50 • Book — $6.50 Expedited Delivery and International Orders Select this option and we will get back to you with shipping options and prices. All orders placed to destinations outside of NZ will be exempt 15% GST.  What happens if I am unhappy with my order? If you are unhappy with your order, please visit our contact page and we will be able to assist further. How can I pay? Order By Phone If you wish to place an order by phone, please call us on 021 414385 during business hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:00pm or Sat 9am - 1pm. Click here to view our Order Form. Order By Email If you would prefer to order by email, we have an order form. A discount on individual bottle orders is available to practitioners who register with a business card. Practitioner kits are available upon order. Delivery will be two weeks. All product prices exclude GST. Postage by courier is at cost. Indicative rates are: 1-2 bottles $6.50, Book $10.00. In order to read the Order Form, you need to have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader installed in your computer. You can download the latest Acrobat® Reader for free from Adobe's website.
